First time showing Mimjack stud sheep, at Yeoval, Wellington show
Mitchell said he wanted to start showing some of the Mimjack Hampshire Down stud sheep this year, so this week he ventured out. He showed a stud ram and ewe at our local Yeoval Show on May 12, and backed up today at the Wellington Show.
Mitchell said he wanted to start showing some of the Mimjack Hampshire Down stud sheep this year, so this week he ventured out. He showed a stud ram and ewe at our local Yeoval Show on May 12, and backed up today at the Wellington Show.
Mitchell was grateful to the judges and chief stewards at both shows for giving him some advice along the way, and he was stoked with how his sheep went.

CHAMPION RAM - BRITISH AND ALL OTHER BREEDS
1st - Ram Under 1 Year, in a class of 5
Mimjack 250017:
2nd - Ewe Under 1 Year, in a class of 9, where the winner went on to be named interbreed champion ewe.
Mitchell also won the Junior Handler class! 🙌
